Saunders was selected as the construction manager/general contractor for this two-phased construction project at the CDOT KOA Campus in Aurora, Colorado.
Phase I included the construction of three pre-engineered metal buildings, a pre-cast concrete automated truck wash, a secondary containment structure and overall site work.
Phase II of this project included construction of five buildings and a renovation to an existing one-story, pre-engineered metal building. Construction began in April 2017 and was completed in March 2018.
