Foothills Mall Redevelopment

The redevelopment of the Foothills Mall in Fort Collins was a much anticipated project for local Fort Collins and surrounding northern Colorado communities.

Saunders North was selected as the General Contractor for several of the exterior core and shell buildings along College Avenue, numerous white boxes, and tenant finishes throughout the main mall corridor and exterior retail and dinning shops.
