Grand Hyatt – 26th Floor Renovation

This 9,940-square-foot, fast-track project included the demolition and remodel of the entire 26th floor, two presidential suites and several VIP suites at the Grand Hyatt in Downtown Denver.

The carpet and wallpaper were custom products made in Europe. The flooring in the Grand Club, elevator lobby and presidential suites were made with Caribbean Rosewood. All doors, wood trim and other wood finishes were made with American Black Walnut. Stone Tile and Granite countertops were used throughout the rooms.
