Saunders North was selected as the construction manager/general contractor for the 42,000-square-foot, two-story expansion and renovation. The project included an addition to the existing hospital which included approximately 35,000-square-feet of new construction, composed of 23,500-square-feet on the first floor and 9,500-square-feet of shell space on the second floor.
