Read More →The Center for Culture and Influence, an 82,500-square-foot, 3-story performing arts center and classroom building, includes 3D and 2D art studios, photography studios, several dance rooms, set-building, a broadcasting suite, a black-box theatre, band/music rooms and a recording studio. The signature spaces of the building, however, are a 726-seat, 2-story theatre and associated pre-function/intermission lobbies and concession areas.
The theatre features a full-fly tower with ~30 line set rigging, an orchestra pit/lift, full catwalk system, spotlight rooms, control rooms, and performance and variable drapery package. In terms of function, performance level, features and capacity, this theatre at the time of turn over was in the top five facilities in the entire State of Colorado.
